1.  Nature of Service: SmrtPype is an IoT monitoring and control system designed to assist users in managing heat tape to prevent frozen pipes.

2. Limitation of Liability: SmrtPype is a monitoring tool, not a guarantee against frozen pipes or property damage. Abidin’s Apps LLC is not liable for any water damage, property damage, hardware failures, network outages, or power losses that result in the freezing or bursting of pipes. You remain fully responsible for the physical maintenance and safety of your property.
